Computer Repair FAQs (Onsite, Appointment-Only)

FAQ

Quick answers about onsite service, scheduling, pricing, and what to expect during a visit.

Virus removal and computer cleanup

Do you come to my home or business for computer repair?

Yes. Onsite Computer Help LLC is an appointment-only mobile computer repair service. We come to your home or business instead of asking you to drop your computer at a store.

Can you fix a printer that will not print or scan?

Yes. We troubleshoot Wi-Fi printing, driver issues, spooler errors, offline printer messages, printer setup, and scanner configuration onsite.

Do you provide virus removal and malware cleanup?

Yes. We remove malware and adware, tighten security settings, reset browsers when needed, and verify that the computer is stable before we leave.

Can you help set up a new computer and transfer my files?

Yes. We set up new Windows computers, transfer documents and photos, reconnect printers and email, and make sure the replacement system is ready to use.

Which areas do you serve?

We serve homes and small businesses across Volusia County, Seminole County, Lake County, and Flagler County by appointment.

Do you offer remote support for computer repairs?

No. Onsite Computer Help LLC specializes exclusively in onsite service. Being physically present lets us properly diagnose hardware failures, networking issues, and malware while verifying your peripherals, Wi‑Fi signal, and cabling onsite.

What types of devices do you repair onsite?

We work on Windows PCs and Mac computers, including desktops and laptops, plus small-office networking and related peripherals. We do not provide repair services for mobile phones, tablets, gaming consoles, or TVs.

How do I set up a new computer and transfer my old data safely?

Our New PC Migration service handles the entire process: setup, data transfer, email configuration, printer setup, and Wi‑Fi connectivity checks before we leave.

My computer won’t start or is running very slowly. Can you fix it today?

Often, yes. We provide diagnostics, malware cleanup, and tune-ups, and because we’re mobile and local, we can sometimes schedule faster than large repair shops. Availability depends on your ZIP code and current route schedule.
