No. We come to your home or business.
Do you work on Windows PCs only?
Yes. We focus on Windows PCs (desktops and laptops) and related peripherals.
Do you service Macs?
No. We focus on Windows PCs only.
Do you offer remote support?
No. We are on-site only — we come to your home or business.
Do you offer same-day computer repair?
Often yes, depending on existing appointments. We also offer next-day scheduling when same-day is not available. Call to confirm the soonest window.
What’s the difference between on-site computer repair and in-home computer help?
They mean the same thing for our service: we come to you for on-site repair, troubleshooting, and setup.
Do you schedule by text message?
No. Scheduling is by voice call only.
Can I submit a website form or email request?
No. We schedule by phone only because every job needs pre-visit qualification questions.
Do you repair iPhones or tablets?
No. We do not work on iPhones, iPads, or tablets. We focus on Windows PCs and related peripherals only.
What counties do you serve?
Volusia (primary), plus Seminole, Lake, and Flagler.
Do you offer flat-rate pricing?
Many jobs are flat-rate after scope review. Some complex or unknown-scope work may require hourly billing.
What should I have ready before calling?
Your location, device type, issue summary, urgency, and any visible error messages.
