On-Site Computer Services
25 Years Experience • On-Site Service • We Come To You
This page is the full service menu — what we handle on-site, how a typical visit works, what to prepare (so we finish faster), and which service package fits your situation. If you’re not sure which one applies, call and we’ll qualify the job before dispatch.
Windows PC Technician Services (On-Site)
We support Windows PCs and related peripherals at your home or small business: diagnostics, performance cleanup, setup/migrations, Wi‑Fi + printer troubleshooting, and “no-boot” investigations. No remote support — the whole model is on-site service.
- Homes: slow computers, Wi‑Fi dropouts, printer/scanner setup, email issues, new PC setup + transfer
- Small businesses: workstation refreshes, printer/scanner workflows, network reliability fixes, device onboarding
- Scope boundary: computers + peripherals only (we do not service iPhones or tablets)
Move to a new system with less downtime.
End-to-end connectivity and workflow setup.
Performance and security cleanup.
Structured boot failure diagnosis.
New desk setup and migration support.
Preventive care without long-term contracts.
How a Typical On-Site Visit Works
- Quick intake: what changed, what you tried, and what “done” looks like for you.
- Diagnostics: health checks, startup checks, storage + memory review, and error pattern identification.
- Fix + stabilize: remove the root cause, restore performance, and verify the issue is actually gone.
- Handoff: confirm logins, test printing/scanning/email, and review a short “keep it running” checklist.
Residential Services (Most Common)
Move documents, browser data, email profiles, and critical apps with minimal downtime.
Reconnect everything and stop recurring “it works sometimes” problems.
Slow PC cleanup, startup optimization, storage health checks, and stability fixes.
Threat removal, browser cleanup, and lock-down steps to reduce repeat infections.
Set up reliable backup and explain what to do before a computer failure becomes data loss.
Microsoft/Google account sign-in issues, password resets, and device re-verification.
Small Business Services (On-Site)
New desk setup, device onboarding, and a clean “day-one” working state.
Shared printing, scan-to-email/folder, driver issues, and stability fixes.
Wi‑Fi dead zones, intermittent dropouts, and basic LAN device connectivity.
Baseline hardening (updates, AV posture, browser safety) without enterprise overhead.
Optional quarterly checkups to reduce “surprise failures” and slowdowns.
Simple device list + admin notes so future support is faster and cheaper.
Before We Arrive (Saves Time + Cost)
- Have your device passwords ready (Windows login, email, Wi‑Fi).
- If it’s a new computer transfer: confirm which old computer is the source.
- For printer/scanner issues: have the printer powered on and connected.
- For business visits: identify the “most important workstation” to fix first.
Tip: If you have error messages, take a photo — it helps us triage faster.
